As a graduate from a Bio-Medical degree program, my experience in Academia pairs well with my experience in teaching Yoga.
I have particular interest in Somatic Yoga. This type of therapy is invigorating, stimulating, peaceful, and nourishing. As a new field, Somatic Yoga is breaking ground as a profound healing service.

5 Steps to Embrace Serenity
- Start to journal. Write your inner thoughts down onto paper, get them out. Realize that your thoughts have no control over your actions.
- Take Action! Lean into the subtle nudge you feel when inspired by a notion. Follow that.
- Don’t be too hard on yourself. In a world where comparison is abundant, be compassionate towards your journey regardless of what you see from other people. fermentum.

- Listen. Slow down, take the time to listen to your inner needs. We habitually lean into ignoring our needs in order to accomplish a goal. Listen to your important needs.
