Body & Mind Connection: Somatic Yoga for Deep Healing in Houston

Somatic Yoga is a practice that incorporates rhythmic & entrancing movements. This will be combined with Yin yoga to support the nervous system. Yin yoga incorporates long holds in passive poses to target the tight myofascial layer of tissue. Through slow, mindful exercises, you’ll release tension, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness.
