
Community Somatic Yin Yoga
Join me for a 90 minute yoga practice that is slow, mindful, and healing. This class will incorporate somatic (rhythmic) slow movements within a Yin class, that help to rest the nervous system. The Yoga poses designed to deeply stretch and release the fascial tissue to increase relaxation.
